Where is the Convention Center located?

VMCC is located at 460 W Western, Muskegon, MI 49440. More information on our location and how to get here can be found at Directions & Parking.

Where do I park?

VMCC is attached to a 3-story parking garage that is available for event parking. Depending on the size of the event, overflow parking is also available in the nearby surface lots. More information about our available parking can be found at Directions & Parking.

Can I bring my own food and beverages into the Convention Center?

All food and beverage within the Convention Center must be served by the Convention Center or the Delta Hotels by Marriott Muskegon Convention Center. 

Is the Convention Center ADA accessible?

VMCC is happily compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act. Elevators are located at the main W. Western entry and the primary Shoreline Drive entries of the Convention Center. Designated parking spots are available on the upper deck near the primary entries to VMCC and the Delta Hotels by Marriott Muskegon Convention Center, and ADA accessible bathrooms are available in both facilities. 

When can I check into my hotel room?

If you are staying at one of our two preferred hotels, the Delta Hotel by Marriott Muskegon Convention Center or the Shoreline Inn & Conference Center, you can typically check-in by 3:00 pm on the day of your reservation. You can confirm if early check-in is available by contacting the Delta Hotel at (231) 722-0100 or the Shoreline Inn at (231) 727-8483.

What is there to do before, after or in-between my event?

VMCC is located on Western Avenue in Downtown Muskegon, within walkable distance to over 20 restaurants, bars, distilleries, breweries, and other entertainment venues. This includes the recently opened Walker’s An American Brasserie and the award winning Lake House Waterfront Grille

VMCC is also within walking distance of numerous museums, art galleries and boutique shops, or a short drive from the award winning Pere Marquette Beach on Lake Michigan.
