VMCC features 37,700 square feet of total meeting space; a 16,550 square foot, clear span ballroom; and up to 13 breakout rooms. The facilities are also across the street from the Shoreline Inn & Conference Center which features another 5,000 square feet of meeting and breakout space and the historical Frauenthal Center, downtown Muskegon’s 1,726-seat performing arts center.
VMCC and Shoreline Inn & Conference Center are both managed by Parkland Properties of Michigan, allowing for seamless coordination between the neighboring properties.
Opening April of 2021, VMCC is the newest convention and event venue in the State of Michigan.
Lodging
VMCC is connected to the recently renovated Delta Hotel by Marriott Muskegon Convention Center, which features 200, newly renovated guest rooms and the recently opened 200-seat Walker’s An American Brasserie. The hotel is also equipped with a business center, indoor pool and spa, and a large fitness center that are available to event attendees.
The hotel also features 4 large executive suites with private entertainment spaces and wet bars.
VMCC is across the street from the Shoreline Inn & Conference Center, offering another 140 spacious guest rooms overlooking Terrace Point Marina on Muskegon Lake. The hotel is equipped with a business center, an indoor and outdoor pool, 2 indoor spas, and a fitness center.
The hotel is home to the Lake Effect Bistro restaurant and is next door to the award winning Lake House Waterfront Grille, named in 2020 as one of the top waterfront restaurants in the State of Michigan.
